- 30 minute early arrival is advised so that you can find the test center and get settled down before you are checked-in
- Site opens at 9 am. If you arrived early, please have a seat in the lobby area and the proctor will come greet you.
- Prepare yourself! Get a good night sleep, eat a healthy breakfast and get an early start.
- We will provide testing materials such as ear plugs, scratch paper/white board, pencil, headphones and calculator. (Provided according to test client instructions)
- Special accommodations must be made prior to test day when you make your appointment.
- Some test takers are allowed reference materials and will need to follow guidelines provided by their test client.
- All phones and devices must be turned off and all personal effects will need to be secured and stored in our lockers.
- Please practice good hygiene and do not wear perfume or cologne as this can affect others around you.
- No hats, smart glasses, recording devices, food, gum and drinks allowed. (Religious headwear allowed)
- All testing materials must be turned back in. You cannot keep these items nor make copies or take pictures of your scratch paper.
- Please be courteous to others and do not talk in the waiting area. Keep your voice at a whisper when talking to the proctor. Do not slam the lockers or doors. Once you leave the testing center you can power on your phone.
- All test takers will be scanned with a metal detector for devices and checked before seated.
- Only test takers allowed in the center and waiting area. If someone is waiting for you they must be seated in the common lobby area.
